As a neurodivergent psychologist, I can empathize with neurodivergent clients on a deep level. I know what it's like to feel different, to struggle with things that others seem to do with ease, and to be misunderstood. I also know what it's like to have a unique perspective on the world and to have strengths that others may not appreciate. But I also know that neurodivergent people are capable of great things. We are creative, intelligent, resilient, and we have something unique to offer the world.

Neurodivergence is often hereditary and I was gifted with a neurodivergent son. Therefore, I am deeply compassionate towards clients who are seeking an assessment for a psychological condition. I know what it's like to wonder if you or your child is different, to see the struggle, and to feel overwhelmed and lost. I also know what it's like to receive a diagnosis and to navigate the complex emotions that come with it.

I believe that psychological assessment can be a valuable tool for all clients and their families. It can help to identify strengths and areas of growth, develop coping mechanisms, and access appropriate supports and services. However, I also believe that it is important to conduct psychological assessments in a neurodiversity-affirming way. This means recognizing and respecting the diversity of human brains and cognitive abilities, and avoiding the pathologizing of difference.

I want to help you to understand your strengths and challenges, develop coping mechanisms, and live a fulfilling life. I want to help you to advocate for yourself and to find acceptance and support.

I graduated with a  Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 2011. My clinical training includes working at schools, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospitals, continuing day treatment programs, and university counseling center. I have been a licensed psychologist in Florida since 2015. Throughout all my experience I have been committed to improving the lives of my clients.
