Week One: Intake

Weeks Two & Beyond: Therapy

  • Your child will learn practical anger management skills, communication techniques, and relaxation exercises.

  • We may recommend involving you in some sessions to provide support and learn strategies to reinforce positive behavior at home.

Termination: 1-2 Final Sessions

  • We'll celebrate your child's progress and develop a plan to help them maintain healthy anger management skills.
