Get To Know Your Therapist
Taylor Blair, MS
Hi, I’m Taylor, and I believe in the transformative power of therapy because life can be overwhelming at times. We all face moments where we feel stuck, unsure how to move forward, and that sense of stagnation can be exhausting and even bring feelings of shame. But I want you to know, there is no shame in seeking help. I've been in that place - scared, unsure, and wondering if things would ever get better. Through therapy, I found the tools to heal, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
Our journey together will be one of self-discovery and healing, tailored specifically to you. We’ll take a close look at the challenges you're facing, how they impact your life, and most importantly, we’ll work together to find the tools and strategies that will help you move forward. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or simply feeling lost, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Therapy isn’t always easy - it can feel uncomfortable at times as we work through painful experiences and emotions.
But that discomfort is often a sign of growth. Healing requires us to face the difficult parts of ourselves so that we can emerge stronger, more self-aware, and more empowered. My goal is to guide you through that process with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you've faced, shift your perspective on those experiences, and build the emotional resilience you need to thrive.
By the end of our work together, I don’t expect you to feel like a completely different person. Instead, my hope is that you’ll feel like a healthier, happier, and more authentic version of yourself - one who is capable of facing life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, diving into a good thriller or romance novel, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I'm always up for trying new dishes and exploring new flavors! I’ve been passionate about psychology since high school, which led me to earn my Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on cognitive science, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, and I’m excited to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
